I like that illustration! It's important for us to keep these types of learning in mind.
It really does make you think. In some ways I'm a combination of both, except when it comes to e-learning. Its too easy for me to get sidetracked when trying to learn online. For example, do I watch another set Kanji flashcards or jump over to YouTube to watch that water skiing squirrel? Decisions, decisions...
